Do you know of a mining promoter or developer who is planning to start (or has already started) mining exploration work on your land?

We’ve prepared a template letter that you can use to contact the promoter and remind them that you hold Indigenous title and that your consent is required for projects to be carried out on your land. The letter also asks promoters to enter into discussions with you as soon as they expect to conduct exploration work.
