Creating a best practices guide on the inclusion of Indigenous knowledge

In winter 2022, after three years of working with First Nations representatives and Transport Canada, we finalized the Best Practices Guide to Knowledge Inclusion for federal departments.

It is a tool to foster collaboration between First Nations and federal departments. The guide makes recommendations and sets out principles to guide the approach and the knowledge sharing process between First Nations and federal departments.
