Co-developing a community mobilization toolkit for waste management

We had the pleasure of working with the network of First Nations coordinators of community mobilization, citizen participation and healthy lifestyles to present three workshops aimed at co-constructing a waste management (WM) community mobilization toolkit.

During the workshops, we presented six case studies based on real-life situations involving waste management awareness and mobilization. Participants identified the solutions and we compiled them into a toolkit. A total of 13 community mobilization coordinators and 13 waste management experts from 14 First Nations communities participated in the workshops.
